All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to Support@EverythingHRFS.net or faxed to 586-461-1181.

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $300 administrative fee, for cancellations up to 10 business days before the start of all courses or programs. After this period, no refunds are given.

If provider needs to cancel for any reason, the learner will be allowed to reschedule at a later date or obtain a full refund.

In the event of unforeseeable and unavoidable catastrophes, the Provider will not be liable for failure to fulfill or for delay in fulfillment of its obligations. These unforeseeable events include, but is not limited to power failures, accidents, acts of government, illness, or natural disasters such as fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes. However, the Provider will make its best efforts as soon as such cause is removed to fulfill its obligations.

The release of learner records is strictly controlled. Learner records will only be issued to the actual learner or an authorized requestor. Proper authentication, including identity verification, will be performed before releasing records. Please reach out to Support@EverythingHRFS.net to request records.

Learners must attend at least 90% of the published time for each class in order to receive credit towards completion. No more than 10% of published time can be missed.

If a learner does not meet these requirements, the class will not be completed.

Payment will still be due in full regardless of learner’s attendance. Learner can make up the class at their discretion within a rolling 12- month period.

3. Informal Resolution:
Students are encouraged to attempt to resolve their concerns informally, whenever possible. This may involve discussing the issue directly with the person(s) involved or seeking assistance from an instructor, advisor, or staff member.
4. Formal Complaint Procedure:
If an issue cannot be resolved informally or if the student prefers a formal process, the following steps should be followed:
a. Submission of Complaint:
The student should submit a written complaint detailing the nature of the issue, relevant facts, and any supporting documentation to the Office of Student Affairs or another designated administrative office.
b. Review and Investigation:
Upon receipt of the complaint, EverythingHR Talent Development Institute will initiate a thorough review and investigation of the matter. This may involve gathering additional information, interviewing relevant parties, and conducting any necessary inquiries.
c. Resolution and Communication:
EverythingHR Talent Development Institute will make every effort to resolve the complaint in a timely and equitable manner. Once the investigation is complete, the student will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken to address the issue.
5. Appeals Process:
If the student is dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint process, they may have the option to appeal the decision. Details regarding the appeals process will be provided to the student along with the outcome of the initial complaint resolution.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation:
EverythingHR Talent Development Institute is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all parties involved in the complaint process to the extent possible. Additionally, the Institute prohibits retaliation against any student who files a complaint in good faith.
7. Recordkeeping:
EverythingHR Talent Development Institute will maintain records of all formal complaints and their resolution in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
8. External Resources:
If a student believes that their complaint has not been adequately addressed by EverythingHR Talent Development Institute, they may have the option to seek assistance from external agencies or accrediting bodies.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: I have read and understood the cancellation and refund policy. I acknowledge that if I wish to cancel my registration, I must do so according to the guidelines provided by EverythingHR Talent Development Institute to be eligible for any potential refund.

5. Course Participation: I commit to participating in the course as scheduled and to completing all required assignments and examinations to the best of my ability.

6. Privacy and Data Protection: I agree that EverythingHR Talent Development Institute may collect and use my personal information for the purpose of course registration, administration, and communication related to my course enrollment. I understand that my information will be protected in accordance with the institute's privacy policy.

7. Code of Conduct: I agree to adhere to the EverythingHR Talent Development Institute's code of conduct and policies regarding respectful behavior, academic integrity, and professional conduct throughout the duration of the course.

8. Changes and Updates: I acknowledge that EverythingHR Talent Development Institute reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or instructors as necessary. I understand that I will be informed of any such changes in a timely manner.

9. Technology Requirements (for virtual courses): I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure I have access to the necessary technology and internet connectivity to participate in virtual sessions, if applicable.
