HR Generalist Registered Apprenticeship and Certification Prep
EverythingHR Talent Development Institute is a registered training provider of the HR Generalist Apprenticeship Program. The program provides employers with a proven talent development solution for onboarding or upskilling HR Generalists. The program also provides apprentices with a cost-effective and efficient point of entry into a well-developed career pathway in HR.
Everything HR will provide training in Core course topics for which all apprentices must demonstrate competency. The apprenticeship training is 166 hours of required technical instruction aligned with the outlined competencies. The capstone credential provides national market recognition.
In addition to completing the US Department of Labor’s Certificate of Apprenticeship, the program is designed to give the apprentice the education and experiences necessary to have the option to take the SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or any of the HRCI exams.
