DESCRIPTION:Whenever two or more people come together\, there is bound to be conflict. This course will give participants a seven-step conflict resolution process that they can use and modify to resolve conflict disputes of any size. Your participants will also be provided with a set of skills in solution building and finding common ground. \nIn the Conflict Resolution course\, participants will learn crucial conflict management skills\, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement Frame. Dealing with conflict is important for every organization no matter the size. SUMMARY:Unconscious Bias
DESCRIPTION:Unconscious or implicit bias is pervasive and universal- everyone has some form of unconscious bias. Unconscious bias may not result in overt or deliberate action\, but it still informs decision-making processes and behaviors. Though the actions resulting from it may be small\, the impacts to inclusiveness and fairness may still be large. The impact from unconscious bias can be a barrier to organizational effectiveness. \nThis course is designed to illustrate biases that an individual may hold and how those may influence their behavior and attitudes\, and thus decision making\, despite the individual not being aware of the biases.
