The Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR™) is designed for business owners, office personnel, and individuals that do not have a background in human resources. This 10-week certification course will provide you with the foundation you need to run a small business HR department.
Certification Eligibility
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. No HR experience is required for this knowledge-based certification.
Exam Format & Length
- Exam time: 2 hours and 15 minute
- Exam length: 100 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions
- Computer-based exam at a Pearson VUE testing center
