EverythingHR Talent Development Institute is a registered training provider of the Human Resource Generalist Registered Apprenticeship Program. Through this US Department of Labor registered program, employers can develop and equip their workforce, and employees can obtain work experience, classroom instruction, and a nationally-recognized credential. The program delivers a proven strategy for employers to develop HR Generalist talent, whether they are new hires or existing employees. Apprentices also gain affordable, direct access to a rewarding HR career by completing the HR Generalist Registered Apprenticeship Program.
EverythingHR Talent Development Institute will provide classroom instruction in core competencies essential for apprenticeship completion. Apprentices complete 166 hours of technical training directly related to the outlined competency framework. The capstone credential provides national market recognition.
In addition to completing the US Department of Labor’s Certificate of Apprenticeship, the program is designed to give the apprentice the experience and education necessary to have the option to take the SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or any of the HRCI exams.
HRCI offers year-round assessment opportunities. The SHRM exam (s) is offered during two windows every year. There is a window from December 1, 2024-February 15, 2025. The next window should be in early May- Mid-July of 2025.
