Why we need to collect personal information?
To adhere to Government Reporting and Compliance, educational institutions often need to report aggregated student data to local, state, or federal government agencies to comply with laws and regulations, such as those related to funding and accreditation. This data collection is essential for the oversight of educational standards and for ensuring institutions meet the requirements for receiving public funding.

Learner records will be retained for a period of minimum seven (7) years. Records that are no longer required for educational purposes will be securely archived and deleted in compliance with data protection regulations.

- Service providers who perform services on our behalf, under confidentiality agreements.
- Law enforcement or other government agencies as required by law or in response to a valid request related to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us at EverythingHR Talent Development Institute, and we are committed to safeguarding your information with the highest standards of privacy and security.
All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to Support@EverythingHRFS.net or faxed to 248.983.5476.
Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $300 administrative fee, for cancellations up to 10 business days before the start of all courses or programs. After this period, no refunds are given.
If provider needs to cancel for any reason, the learner will be allowed to reschedule at a later date or obtain a full refund.
In the event of unforeseeable and unavoidable catastrophes, the Provider will not be liable for failure to fulfill or for delay in fulfillment of its obligations. These unforeseeable events include, but is not limited to power failures, accidents, acts of government, illness, or natural disasters such as fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes. However, the Provider will make its best efforts as soon as such cause is removed to fulfill its obligations.
The release of learner records is strictly controlled. Learner records will only be issued to the actual learner or an authorized requestor. Proper authentication, including identity verification, will be performed before releasing records. Please reach out to Support@EverythingHRFS.net to request records.
Learners must attend at least 90% of the published time for each class in order to receive credit towards completion. No more than 10% of published time can be missed.
If a learner does not meet these requirements, the class will not be completed.
Payment will still be due in full regardless of learner’s attendance. Learner can make up the class at their discretion within a rolling 12- month period.
The release of learner records is strictly controlled. Learner records will only be issued to the actual learner or an authorized requestor.

EverythingHR Talent Development Institute is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment. We recognize the right of our participants to express concerns or complaints and commit to dealing with these issues seriously and confidentially.
Procedures:
- Informal Resolution:
- Participants before filing a formal complaint are encouraged to resolve concerns directly with the involved party (e.g., faculty member, administrative staff).
- Participants if the issue is not resolved informally, or if the participant feels uncomfortable with direct communication, they may proceed to file a formal complaint.
- Formal Complaint Filing:
Participants should submit their complaint in writing to the Administrative Office. The complaint should include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Any relevant dates and locations
- Names of individuals involved
- Steps already taken to resolve the issue, if any
- Desired outcome or resolution
- Complaints should be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
- Acknowledgment of Complaint:
The Administrative Office will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 business days and provide the complainant with information about the process and timeline.
- Investigation:
- An impartial investigation will be conducted by the Administrative Office or an appointed committee.
- The investigation will typically be completed within 30 days of the complaint being filed.
- Outcome:
- At the conclusion of the investigation, the participant will receive a written response from the Administrative Office detailing the findings and any actions to be taken.
- Possible outcomes may include mediation, policy changes, or other appropriate actions to address the complaint.
- Appeals:
- If the participant is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal to the Institute’s Administrator within 15 days of receiving the outcome.
- The appeal should be written and must clearly state the grounds for appeal.
- The Administrator decision is final.
- Confidentiality:
All complaints and details will be handled in confidence, with information released only as necessary to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Protection from Retaliation:
The Institute prohibits retaliation against any participant for filing a complaint or assisting in a complaint investigation. Retaliatory action will be treated as a separate, serious violation of institute policy.
